Easy Vegan Breakfast Ideas


Do you know that problem, once you turn vegan or want to embrace a more plant based diet you suddenly don’t know what to eat for breakfast anymore as eggs and cheese are not an option anymore? Well, I got something for you!

It is very easy to enjoy a vegan, cruelty free and absolutely satisfying breakfast and today I show you how.

As main base I started with my homemade bread, of course you can use any store bought but have a look at the recipe and  but have a look at the recipe and YouTube video to see how easy it actually is to bake your own bread at home, it barely takes 5 minutes!

Easy Vegan Breakfast Ideas

Avocado on Bread

Ingredients:

Fresh Ingredients:
Ripe avocado
Easy Vegan Sauerkraut

Spices:
Black pepper



How to do:

·         Slice and toast the bread
·         Spread garlic cloves on each slice of bread
·         Peel and slice an avocado and place it on top of the garlic spread
·         Top it with homemade sauerkraut
·         Garnish with cracked pepper






Tomato and Hummus on Bread

Ingredients:

Fresh Ingredients:
Hummus

Spices:
Black pepper



How to do:

·         Slice and toast the bread
·         Spread garlic cloves on each slice of bread
·         Spread the hummus on top of the garlic spread
·         Slice a ripe tomato and place it on top of the hummus
·         Top it with fresh lentil sprouts
·         Garnish with cracked pepper






Garlic sprouts and Mushrooms on Bread

Ingredients:

Fresh Ingredients:
Hummus
Around 1 cup of sliced mushrooms per slice of bread

Basics:
Olive oil (cold pressed is best)
2-3 garlic cloves (not from china)

Spices:
Black pepper
Himalayan salt



How to do:

·                  Slice and toast the bread
·         Pan fry the mushrooms in olive oil till gold brown
·         Heat up a tbsp. of olive oil in a hot pan, add the garlic
·         Once the garlic turns lightly brown add the sprouts and stir fry till the garlic turns gold brown and season with salt and pepper
·         Spread the hummus on the bread
·         Top it with the mushrooms and the garlic sprouts stir fry








Tip:
I am not giving exact measurements as it depends on the size of your bread and obviously how much you want to eat.
